Calidus and 3ME Sign Teaming Agreement to Advance Hybrid Solutions for Defence Vehicles

DUBAI Calidus Holding Group, a defence and manufacturing company, and 3ME Technology, an Australian systems integrator, have signed a teaming agreement to develop hybrid solutions for Calidus’ defence vehicles in the region.

The agreement was formalized by Dr. Khalifa Murad Alblooshi, Managing Director and CEO of Calidus Holding Group, and Justin Bain, CEO of 3ME Technology.

Under the terms of the agreement, both companies will collaborate on development and integration initiatives focusing on hybrid products and solutions. The partnership aims to enhance operational flexibility and energy efficiency, reflecting a shared focus on innovation and improving the performance of defence vehicles with lower emissions and readiness for future requirements.

Dr. Khalifa Alblooshi stated that the agreement aligns with Calidus’ vision to advance innovation in defence manufacturing. He noted that the collaboration with 3ME will accelerate the integration of electrified power solutions into the vehicle fleet while supporting efforts to strengthen national defence industries and adopt future technologies.

Justin Bain highlighted that 3ME’s technology, tested in demanding conditions across Australia including underground mines and defence applications, will now be applied in the UAE. He emphasized that the partnership leverages Calidus’ manufacturing capabilities to deliver hybrid solutions that enhance speed, range, and future readiness.
