Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha approved the new scheme replacing MGNREGA with Guarantee for Rozgar and Ajeevika Mission in Jammu and Kashmir from July. Under the scheme, rural households will be provided 125 days of employment annually. The scheme aims to increase employment opportunities, strengthen rural infrastructure, and promote sustainable development.
