The Indian Army is set to host the United Nations Troop Contributing Countries’ (UNTCC) Chiefs’ Conclave in New Delhi from 14 to 16 October 2025. This prestigious event will unite senior military leaders from 32 nations, all key contributors to UN peacekeeping missions worldwide.
As a leading contributor to UN peacekeeping missions, India is proud to convene this high-level forum. The event aims to address operational hurdles, share best practices, and foster a collective vision for the future of peacekeeping, embodying the principle of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—the world is one family.
The conclave will feature keynote addresses by India’s Honourable Defence Minister, Shri Rajnath Singh, Honourable External Affairs Minister, Shri S Jaishankar, and Mr. Jean-Pierre Lacroix, Under-Secretary-General for Peace Operations (UN DPO). Plenary sessions will showcase perspectives from Chiefs and Heads of Delegations, complemented by defence exhibitions for capacity building, bilateral discussions, and cultural exchanges.
Participating nations include Algeria, Armenia, Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brazil, Burundi, Cambodia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Fiji, France, Ghana, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Malaysia, Mongolia, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Poland, Rwanda, Senegal, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand, Uganda, Uruguay, and Vietnam.
