RAS AL KHAIMAH, 26th November, 2025 H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, attended the 20th anniversary celebration of RAK Properties at the Anantara Mina Ras Al Khaimah Resort.

The celebration brought together Sheikh Khalid bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Vice Chairman of the Investment and Development Office of Ras Al Khaimah, along with senior government representatives and business figures.

H.H. Sheikh Saud extended his congratulations to the company, noting that it has contributed to strengthening the emirate’s real estate and hospitality fields through projects that align with Ras Al Khaimah’s development framework. He stated that these efforts have supported economic activity and provided a favorable setting for residents, investors and visitors.

He added that Ras Al Khaimah continues to progress with a vision aimed at improving quality of life, expanding the economic base and attracting high-value investment to reinforce sustainable development. He emphasized that RAK Properties remains a key participant in this approach through its developments that focus on innovation and sustainability.

Established in 2005 with government backing, RAK Properties has implemented a range of integrated residential, commercial and tourism projects, including hotels and resorts developed in cooperation with international partners.
