KSrelief Conducts Volunteer Pediatric and Urological Surgery Projects in Comoros

Moroni The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center carried out two volunteer medical projects focused on pediatric surgery and urological surgery in Moroni, Union of the Comoros, from November 19 to 22. The projects were conducted with the participation of 10 medical volunteers representing various specialties, in cooperation with the Al Balsam Association for Training and Health Development.

Since the launch of the campaign, the volunteer medical team affiliated with KSrelief has examined 85 patients, performed eight pediatric surgeries, and completed seven urological operations. All procedures were successfully carried out.

The initiative is part of the volunteer medical projects offered by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through KSrelief in several countries in need to assist individuals and families with limited income.
