Saudi Arabia Hosts Key US Diplomatic Meeting on Cooperation

KSrelief Partnerships and International Relations Director Meets Senior Adviser of Norad

A meeting takes place around a large, polished wooden conference table. Six individuals are present: four men in traditional Saudi thobes and ghutras, one woman in an abaya and hijab, and two Caucasian men in suits. Papers, laptops, and water bottles are scattered on the table. A large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall behind the table. The room has light-colored walls and modern office chairs.
Officials from Saudi Arabia and the United States meet to discuss areas of international cooperation.

Advisor to the Supervisor General and Director of the Partnerships and International Relations Department at the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Hana Omar met yesterday at KSrelief’s headquarters in Riyadh with Senior Adviser at the Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) Aren Sakala Labianca.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed topics of common interest related to humanitarian, relief, and development affairs, as well as ways to enhance cooperation.
Aren Labianca commended the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, for its distinguished international reputation in humanitarian work, expressing appreciation for the positive cooperation between the two sides in serving the world’s most vulnerable populations.
