The campaign focused on records review, pendency reduction, public grievance disposal, scrap management, and expedited decision-making across the Department and its organizations.

During the campaign, the Department made substantial progress in managing both physical and electronic records. Extensive weeding out drives and digitization initiatives were conducted across attached offices and autonomous bodies. This effort significantly reduced the volume of physical files, improved operational efficiency, and freed up office space.

Workshops and Cyber Security Awareness
Two workshops on cyber security were conducted at DoP&T, Kartavya Bhavan–III, targeting middle-level officers and staff. These sessions promoted better digital resource management, data organization, and overall cybersecurity awareness.
Environmental and Cleanliness Initiatives
The Department also focused on workplace hygiene and environmental conservation. Toilets were renovated, surrounding areas were deep cleaned, and officers participated in tree plantation drives under the “Ek Din, Ek Ghanta, Ek Saath, Shramdaan” initiative. More than 1,000 sites across offices were involved in cleanliness drives.
As part of Swachhata Day celebrations on 2nd October 2025, a Nukkad Natak was performed in New Delhi to raise public awareness on cleanliness and collective responsibility.

Efforts to manage scrap and e-waste were undertaken at a large scale, generating revenue and promoting environmental responsibility.
