Overview of the National Green Hydrogen Mission
The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has launched the National Green Hydrogen Mission (NGHM) to establish a robust Green Hydrogen ecosystem in India. This initiative aims to drive significant decarbonisation, reduce reliance on fossil fuel imports, and position India as a global leader in the production, usage, and export of Green Hydrogen and its derivatives.
Logo Design Contest: A Call to Creative Minds
MNRE invites Indian citizens of all ages to participate in the Logo Design Contest for the National Green Hydrogen Mission. The contest is an opportunity to align your creativity with India’s vision of becoming a global hub for Green Hydrogen. The logo should reflect the mission’s goals, including self-reliance, the emerging nature of the sector, investment opportunities, and the application of Green Hydrogen across industries such as steel, transport, fertilizers, shipping, and petrochemicals.
Submission Guidelines
Participants must submit their logo designs in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format, with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI and dimensions of 15cm x 20cm. Entries will be evaluated by an internal MNRE committee based on creativity, originality, composition, technical excellence, simplicity, artistic merit, visual impact, and relevance to the NGHM’s objectives.
Prizes and Recognition
The winning logo design will receive a cash prize of ₹1,00,000 and a certificate of recognition from the Mission Director, NGHM. Additionally, the winner will be reimbursed for round-trip domestic economy class airfare to New Delhi. Ten runners-up will each be awarded ₹5,000.
