Launch of Anti-Narcotics Task Force Logo by Rajasthan Police

Jaipur, 12 November 2025: Rajasthan Police launched the official logo for its Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF). DGP Mr. Rajiv Kumar Sharma unveiled the logo at the Police Headquarters, symbolizing the force’s commitment to combating drug trafficking and addiction. Senior police officials including DG Law & Order Mr. Sanjay Kumar Agrawal, ADG ATS Mr. Dinesh M.N., and IG Mr. Vikas Kumar were present. The logo represents “resolve, dedication, and vigilance” in the fight against narcotics.
Special Intensive Revision Program 2026 Surpasses 3.5 Crore Form Distribution
Jaipur, 12 November 2025: The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list in Rajasthan has seen the distribution of over 3.5 crore enumeration forms, reaching 64% of the state’s voters. Chief Electoral Officer, Mr. Naveen Mahajan, reported that Jhalawar continues to lead with 85% distribution after eight days. Chittorgarh, Rajsamand, and Udaipur followed with over 75% coverage each.
At the lower end, Karauli recorded only 53% distribution, followed by Bikaner, Sawai Madhopur, and Jhunjhunu. In terms of assembly constituencies, Dag led with 93% coverage, followed by Begun (90%) and Baseri (87%), while Bharatpur lagged at 47%. Ganganagar, Bikaner West, and Ladpura were also among the lowest-ranked areas.
Mr. Mahajan emphasized strict timelines and digitalization, directing all officers to ensure on-time distribution and digitization. Over eight lakh forms have already been digitized on ECInet. Voters can also submit forms online via voters.eci.gov.in, reducing the need for physical submission. BLOs are instructed to visit households at least three times for collection and verification.
MoU Between Rajasthan Medical Education Department and Manchester University
Jaipur, 12 November 2025: Under the initiative of Chief Minister Mr. Bhajanlal Sharma and Health Minister Mr. Gajendra Singh Khimsar, the Medical Education Department has signed an MoU with Manchester University, UK, to enhance international collaboration in healthcare education and services. The MoU aims to promote research, capacity building, non-communicable disease prevention, and joint academic programs.
The collaboration will allow student and faculty exchanges, shared training programs, and joint research projects. Key participants included Medical Education Secretary Mr. Ambrish Kumar, Additional Director (Hospital Administration) Mr. Mukesh Kumar Meena, and Manchester University representatives including Ms. Helen Hawthorn, Prof. Keith Brennan, and Prof. Vimal Sharma.
Integrated Health Management System (IHMS) Implements ABHA ID Across Rajasthan
Jaipur, 12 November 2025: Rajasthan is strengthening its healthcare system through digital innovation. The Integrated Health Management System (IHMS) now mandates the use of Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) ID for all citizens, enabling secure, accessible digital health records. All OPD and IPD registrations are linked to ABHA IDs under the Nirogi Rajasthan Scheme.
Over 6.37 crore ABHA IDs have been created, placing Rajasthan third nationally in adoption. The system allows citizens to view and share health records securely via mobile or portal, facilitating faster and more accurate treatment. In cases of demographic authentication failure, IDs can be generated via OTP verification.
Alwar District Implements GRAP-3 Measures for Air Quality Management
Jaipur, 12 November 2025: Alwar District Collector Dr. Artika Shukla has enforced GRAP Stage-3 measures to manage air quality. The directive includes restrictions on dust and pollution-generating activities such as excavation, construction, demolition, and industrial operations. Mechanical street sweeping and increased public transport have been ordered, along with water sprinkling on high-traffic roads to suppress dust.
Interstate buses from NCR entering Delhi are restricted, and only EV, CNG, and BS-6 diesel vehicles are allowed. Authorities have been directed to ensure strict compliance and public cooperation in maintaining air quality standards.
High-Level Discussion on Police Mental Health with Manchester University Delegation
Jaipur, 12 November 2025: A senior delegation from Manchester University met with Rajasthan DGP Mr. Rajiv Kumar Sharma to discuss mental health and behavioral rehabilitation for police personnel. The dialogue reviewed a 2021 MoU and explored expanding initiatives for diversity, inclusion, substance abuse prevention, and resilience training.
The delegation, including Ms. Helen Hawthorn and Prof. Vimal Sharma, committed to providing research, training modules, workshops, and counseling frameworks tailored to Rajasthan Police needs. An expanded MoU covering mental health, behavioral rehabilitation, and gender-sensitive training is planned.
