Addressing Tensions with Pakistan

Dr. Naeem highlighted that Pakistan has been testing the patience of the Islamic Emirate over the past four years, prompting a response. However, he stressed that the Emirate prefers resolving issues through dialogue and mutual understanding.

China’s Role in Regional Stability

Mr. Yue Xiaoyong expressed China’s desire to foster long-term relations with Afghanistan, grounded in mutual respect and recognition of Afghanistan’s national sovereignty. He also underscored China’s willingness to play a constructive role in easing tensions between Afghanistan and Pakistan, while welcoming mediation efforts by Qatar and Türkiye.
