NCM to Lead Discussions on Extreme Weather Preparedness
The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) will spotlight its services and operational readiness plans to ensure the safety of pilgrims amid changing and extreme weather conditions during the fifth Hajj Conference and Exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with the Pilgrim Experience Program in Jeddah from November 9 to 12, 2025.
Future Climate Scenarios and Environmental Enhancements
NCM will also present future climate scenarios for the Hajj seasons and participate in a panel discussion on the use of climate studies to improve the environment in the holy sites and enhance the efficiency of services provided to pilgrims.
