Chandigarh to Host India International Science Festival
The upcoming edition of the India International Science Festival (IISF 2025) is scheduled to take place in Chandigarh from 6 to 9 December 2025. A high-level review of the arrangements was led by Dr. Jitendra Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science and Technology and Earth Sciences. The review focused on the overall preparedness and thematic direction of the festival.

Dr. Jitendra Singh highlighted that India’s development approach has undergone a notable shift, where science and technology guide policymaking.
