Human Resources Minister Chairs ARADO Executive Council Meeting in Rabat

Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Ahmed Al-Rajhi chaired the 120th session of the Executive Council of the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), held from November 10 to 12 in Rabat, Morocco. The meeting brought together representatives from several Arab nations to advance cooperative administrative reforms across the region.
Minister Al-Rajhi reaffirmed Saudi Arabia’s commitment to supporting administrative development in the Arab world by fostering shared strategies to realize ARADO’s pioneering objectives. The council reviewed multiple agenda items, including follow-up on previous decisions, assessment of the strategic plan’s implementation progress and performance for the 2022–2026 cycle, and preliminary discussions on the second phase of the 2026–2030 strategic framework.
The session reflected continued collaboration among Arab countries to enhance administrative excellence, policy coordination, and sustainable governance practices throughout the region.
Istisqa Prayer Performed at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah
The Istisqa (rain-seeking) prayer was performed today at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah. The prayer was led by Imam Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Al-Hudhaifi and attended by the Governor of the Madinah Region, Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, along with a large congregation of worshippers.
This special prayer, observed in accordance with Islamic tradition, is performed to seek rainfall during periods of drought. The gathering at the Prophet’s Mosque underscored the significance of communal supplication and the continued spiritual engagement of residents and visitors in Madinah.
