Hajj Media Center Introduces Unified Communication Strategy

At the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025, Saleh Al-Thubaiti, Head of the Unified Hajj Media Operations Center under the Ministry of Media, outlined a comprehensive strategy to strengthen communication and coordination during the Hajj season. He emphasized that the media system plays an essential role in supporting organizational and service-related operations throughout the pilgrimage.
Al-Thubaiti explained that the media center is transitioning from traditional coverage to a more interactive model. This shift enables the media to act as an active partner capable of assessing and amplifying the impact of the Hajj experience. By leveraging accumulated media expertise across multiple agencies, the center has successfully encouraged pilgrims to adhere to official guidelines and instructions. This success, he added, will serve as a foundation for enhancing communication efforts in future Hajj seasons.
