Groundbreaking Consular Services for UAE Golden Visa Holders Launched at GITEX Global 2025

He noted that the Authority, in coordination with MoFA, is developing smart and innovative solutions to meet the needs of Golden Visa holders. The new consular services for UAE Golden Visa holders and their families include:

  • Electronic Return Document: Issuance of an electronic Return Document for lost or damaged passports while abroad.
  • Dedicated Hotline: A dedicated hotline for direct communication and support.
  • 24/7 Emergency and Crisis Response: Access to MoFA’s 24/7 Call Centre at 0097124931133 for immediate assistance during emergencies.
  • Expanded Crisis Support: Emergency and crisis response services, previously exclusive to UAE nationals, now extended to Golden Visa holders for comprehensive care and protection.
  • Repatriation Support: Coordination with relevant authorities to facilitate the repatriation of mortal remains of Golden Visa holders who pass away abroad, easing the burden on bereaved families.
