Corrigendum Issued In Ongoing Anti Dumping Case
A corrigendum has been issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, through the Directorate General of Trade Remedies regarding the ongoing anti dumping investigation on imports of solar cells from China PR. The investigation concerns solar cells that are imported either individually or assembled into modules or panels.
Purpose Of The Corrigendum
The corrigendum modifies specific paragraphs of the Final Findings originally issued on 29 September 2025 under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 and the Customs Tariff Rules, 1995 related to identification, assessment and collection of anti dumping duty. The updated entries add the name Siyang Talesun New Energy Technologies Co, Ltd. at designated positions within the final findings document.
Impact On Stakeholders
The corrections ensure that all relevant producers involved in the investigation are properly listed. This helps maintain accurate assessment of dumping margins and cooperative participation in the investigation process. Importers, domestic manufacturers and policy authorities are expected to rely on these updated entries while referring to the final findings and any future duty recommendations.
