TCS Conversion Case Prompts Formation of Women’s Committee

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced in the Legislative Council the formation of an all-party committee of women MLAs from both houses to study existing laws and suggest amendments following the shocking TCS conversion and sexual harassment case in Nashik.
The announcement came in response to a question by Chitra Wagh. Nine FIRs have been registered in the Nashik case, including against the operations manager. The SIT has nearly completed its investigation and the final report is expected soon.
