Shallow fog was observed at a few places over Haryana, Chandigarh & Delhi, and at isolated places over Assam & Meghalaya, Nagaland-Manipur-Mizoram-Tripura, Bihar, East Uttar Pradesh and West Madhya Pradesh.

Cold wave to severe cold wave conditions are very likely at isolated places over West Madhya Pradesh on 13 and 14 November, and cold wave conditions in isolated pockets on 15 and 16 November.
Cold wave conditions are very likely in isolated pockets over Chhattisgarh and East Madhya Pradesh during 13-16 November.
Minimum temperatures of 7-10°C were recorded at many places over Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh-Gilgit-Baltistan-Muzaffarabad, at a few places over Punjab and Himachal Pradesh, and at isolated places over north Haryana, Uttarakhand, northeast Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, north Chhattisgarh and Uttar Pradesh.
The lowest minimum temperature of 7.4°C was reported at Rajgarh (Madhya Pradesh) and Ambikapur (Chhattisgarh).
Shallow to moderate fog is likely over Northeast India and Uttar Pradesh during the next five days.
No large change in minimum temperatures is expected over most parts of the country during the forecast period.
