
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has issued Flood Bulletin No. 1 for the National Capital Region, Pasig-Marikina, and Laguna de Bay River Basin areas. The advisory is valid from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on 09 November 2025.
Current Weather Situation
At 7:00 AM, the center of the eye of Super Typhoon Uwan was observed approximately 125 kilometers east-northeast of Virac, Catanduanes. The weather system has maximum sustained winds of 185 km/h near the center and gusts reaching 230 km/h while moving west-northwest at 25 km/h.
Rainfall Conditions
Light rains were recorded over the basin in the past 12 hours ending at 10:00 AM. Forecasts indicate moderate to heavy rainfall in the next 12 hours, ending at 10:00 PM.

Public Advisory
Street and road flooding may occur in several areas due to impounded water, clogged drainage systems, and higher tide levels. Some roads may become impassable. People residing near mountain slopes and low-lying areas are advised to remain alert for possible flash floods.
Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils in the affected areas are advised to take necessary preparedness measures.
