Riyadh. The Esports World Cup Foundation announced on Sunday the opening of applications for the 2026 Club Partner Program, underscoring its ongoing commitment to the international esports ecosystem. The initiative, valued at $20 million, offers financial support, strategic guidance, and global outreach to professional esports organizations.

The program targets 40 clubs worldwide, aiming to expand their fan bases and engagement in key markets including India, China, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Applications are open until December 18, 2025, and can be submitted at https://esportsworldcup.com/en/clubprogram.

Eight clubs will receive direct invitations based on their 2025 Esports World Cup rankings. These clubs include Team Falcons, Team Liquid, Team Vitality, Twisted Minds, Virtus.pro, AG.AL, Gen.G Esports, and Weibo Gaming. Remaining positions will be filled through an open application process, with clubs evaluated on competitive performance, strategic vision, and community engagement through content and fan-focused initiatives.

The program’s membership is renewed annually to reflect the evolving nature of esports. Acceptance does not guarantee qualification for the 2026 Esports World Cup, as all clubs must compete to secure their positions across various game titles. The final list of selected clubs will be announced in January 2026 after the evaluation process is completed.
