
Jeddah, November 10, 2025: The Hajj Conference and Exhibition 1447 AH convened its main session under the theme “From Vision to Reality: Integrated Sectors in Serving Pilgrims.” The session gathered senior officials and ministers to discuss the advancement of Hajj and Umrah services through intersectoral collaboration in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Key Officials Participate in the Main Session
The session witnessed the participation of several prominent leaders, including:
- Tawfig Al-Rabiah, Minister of Hajj and Umrah and Chairman of the Pilgrim Experience Program Committee
- Majed Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipalities and Housing
- Saleh Al-Jasser, Minister of Transport and Logistic Services
- Fahad Al-Jalajel, Minister of Health
- Lt. Gen. Mohammed Al-Bassami, Director General of Public Security
The discussions focused on the importance of coordination between public and private sectors to develop a comprehensive and efficient ecosystem that serves pilgrims from around the world.
Advancing the Pilgrim Experience under Vision 2030
Minister Tawfig Al-Rabiah highlighted the extensive care, services, and continuous efforts provided by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to pilgrims globally. He emphasized that the success of previous conference editions reflects the Kingdom’s ongoing dedication to improving the Hajj system and aligning it with the objectives of Vision 2030.
He further noted that the current edition, held under the overarching theme “From Makkah to the World,” signifies the leadership’s commitment to facilitating the pilgrims’ journey while enriching their spiritual and cultural experiences.
Technological Transformation in Pilgrim Services
Al-Rabiah also underscored the transformative role of modern technologies and digital solutions in enhancing operational efficiency within the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem. He said that the integration among government entities is a fundamental component in realizing the goals of the Pilgrim Experience Program, one of the key initiatives of Saudi Vision 2030.

The session concluded by reaffirming the importance of continued collaboration between sectors to deliver a seamless and distinguished experience for pilgrims. Participants agreed that sustained coordination across all related entities will ensure the realization of Vision 2030 objectives, reflecting Saudi Arabia’s steadfast dedication to serving the guests of the Two Holy Mosques.
