Students Experience World Class Urban Cycling in Riyadh
Groups of school students from across the Riyadh Region visited Boulevard City to take part in activities linked to the 2025 UCI Urban Cycling World Championships. The engagement aimed to familiarise young people with modern sports and inspire them to adopt more active routines in their daily lives.
Hands On Learning and Sporting Exposure
During their visit, male and female students toured the championship zones and observed the high energy environment surrounding international level contests. They also tried urban cycling on a dedicated visitor track, where trained professionals guided them through basic techniques and safe cycling practices.
Encouraging Youth Towards Active Living
The initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to embed sport as a regular part of life for children and teenagers in the country. By exposing students to a global sporting event hosted in the Kingdom, the experience helped broaden their understanding of fitness, sportsmanship and physical wellbeing.
