10 Days of ‘Vibrant Days’ to Be Observed in Schools Across Assam from 2026–27 Academic Session

The Assam education department has issued instructions to all districts to implement a 10-day ‘Vibrant Days’ programme for students from class 6 to class 8 in a non-interrupted manner.
The initiative will be observed in schools during the 2026–27 academic session, as mentioned in a formal letter issued by the department.
During these days, students will be engaged in school activities outside their regular classrooms as per the schedule.
The programme aims to ensure active participation of students in various school-based learning experiences.
Activities will include interaction sessions with experts, group discussions, and practical exposure in fields such as handicrafts, clay modelling, and vocational skills.
Schools will also organise demonstrations related to agriculture, poultry, gardening, and kitchen garden management as part of the programme.
