Haryana has introduced updated provisions to encourage horticulture-based farming and support rural incomes. The initiative aims to strengthen the agricultural economy by promoting fruit cultivation, vegetable farming under integrated models, floriculture, spice crops, and aromatic plants. The approach aligns with the vision that the agricultural system plays an important role in enabling India to advance as a major global economic strength in the 21st century. The message highlights a broader perspective on agricultural self-reliance.
