A meeting on water resource recovery, protection of water, and promotion of reuse was held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Secretary Housing and Urban Development Mandeep Kaur. Discussions focused on strategies for cleaning dirty water for non-drinking purposes. Officers highlighted various projects for water supply, sewerage, and restoration of water bodies. It was informed that Rs 10.50 crore has been received for improving sewerage treatment plants in Jammu and Kashmir.
