Government Plans Legal Amendments to Tackle Bogus Doctors

Medical Education Minister Hasan Mushrif assured the Assembly that the government is planning to amend laws to address the issue of quacks (bogus doctors).
Meanwhile, Legislative Assembly Speaker Rahul Narvekar expressed regret over errors in a printed speech during the mourning proposal on the first day of the monsoon session. He clarified that the mistakes occurred due to unclear print and were not intentional. He also highlighted his respect for the Marathi language.
Opposition members staged a protest outside the Assembly over alleged irregularities in the Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) examination.
