The state government has announced the Vasantrao Naik Best Farmer Awards for 2023-24 and 2024-25.
2023-24 Winners:
General Category: Vishnu Pad Gaikwad, Armori taluka, Gadchiroli
Tribal Category: Dayaram Sidam, Etapalli taluka, Gadchiroli
2024-25 Winner:
General Category: Purushottam Jambhulkar, Armori taluka, Gadchiroli
Each award carries a cash prize of ₹44,000, a citation, and a certificate. The awards will be presented by the Governor in Mumbai on 1 July.
