Riyadh, October 27, 2025, SPA — Saudi Arabia, in its capacity as Chair of the Global Alliance for the Implementation of the Two-State Solution, hosted a high-level coordination meeting in Riyadh yesterday in partnership with the European Union and Norway as co-chairs, bringing together senior representatives from various countries and organizations.
Kingdom Reaffirms Commitment to Palestinian Peace
The Kingdom’s representative, Minister Plenipotentiary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Manal Radwan reaffirmed the Kingdom’s commitment to working with Palestine and regional partners to achieve peace, statehood, and stability for the Palestinian people. She emphasized that establishing a Palestinian state is both a priority and a moral responsibility essential to regional and international security.
Core Diplomatic Frameworks Under Review

The meeting also highlighted the Emergency Coalition for the Financial Sustainability of the Palestinian Authority, launched by Saudi Arabia with Norway, Spain, and France. It renewed calls for the international community to provide urgent financial support due to the continued withholding of Palestinian clearance funds.

Moreover, participants reviewed the latest developments in Gaza, underscoring the importance of delivering humanitarian aid according to humanitarian principles and supporting UNRWA in providing essential services, primarily in health and education, to the Palestinian people.
