Notification
The 24th October, 2025
No. 9/112/2025-4CII.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 200 and Section 214 of the
Haryana Municipal Act, 1973 (24 of 1973), and with reference to the Haryana Government, Notification No. GSR27/
HA 24/ 73Ss./70,200&2014/77 dated 3rd February, 1977, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules
further to amend the Haryana Municipal (Regulation of Slaughter Houses) Bye-Laws, 1977, namely: –
- 1. These rules may be called the Haryana Municipal (Regulation of Slaughter Houses) (Amendment)
Bye-Laws, 2025. - 2. In the Haryana Municipal (Regulation of Slaughter Houses) Bye-Laws, 1977, in sub rule (1) of rule 10, the
sign and word “, leprosy” shall be omitted.
