The main amendment relates to Schedule-II, Part-III, clause 2, sub-clause (iii) of the original 2013 regulations:

  • Applications of staff serving on secondment may be considered for absorption if they have completed a minimum of three years on secondment and have at least fifteen years of service remaining until superannuation.
  • For Electrical Engineers, the Commission may relax the remaining service requirement by three years, provided the reasons are recorded in writing.
