Objectives of the Campaign

The campaign focuses on resolving pending issues across various categories, including references from Members of Parliament (MPs), the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), VIPs, Cabinet, State Governments, and CPGRAMS cases, to enhance administrative efficiency.

Key Achievements

  • Public Grievance Redressal: Achieved 96% of the set targets for resolving public grievances.
  • File Management: Successfully weeded out 8,525 physical files.
  • Cleanliness Initiatives: Conducted 195 cleanliness drives out of a planned 282.
  • Space Optimization: Freed approximately 9,851 square feet of office space by disposing of scrap, e-waste, and redundant files.
  • Best Practices: Several CPSEs have set benchmarks in record management and grievance resolution, serving as models for other departments.
